This is a very lightly, if ever, used Studio Goldline V model CP-720. It transfers photos, slides and films to video tape recorders. It comes with a titling kit and instruction manual. It also includes a microphone for adding sound to your videos. It requires 4 "C" Batteries which are not included. It also has a jack for operating on a power adapter which was an optional item and is also not included. The cables for connecting to a TV were also optional items and are not included. 

The box has been opened but I see no signs of the unit ever being used.
