- We strive for 100% satisfaction and positive feedback. Please contact us
prior to leaving negative or neutral feedback if we did not meet your
expectations.
- Manufacturers often makes updates to products and/or packaging without
notifying resellers. While we have made every effort to have the most
up-to-date product pictures, sometimes you may receive a product that is
slightly different than the one shown in the ad. Picture is for display purposes only and may not be
application-specific.
SHIPPING:
- Customers in Alaska (AK), Hawaii (HI) or Puerto Rico (PR) please contact us
for a shipping quote before placing your order. We cannot confirm fitment for
any vehicle outside of the United States; it is buyer's responsibility to
ensure fitment on their particular application.
- We use UPS and FedEx exclusively, and USPS only to Puerto Rico. All
international orders must be ordered through eBay GPS. No PO Box, AFO/PFO
mailboxes, etc. No exceptions.
- Orders cannot be shipped to any location other than the address shown in
payment (see eBay and Paypal seller protection policies). If order cannot be
fulfilled and/or shipped to your address due to stock-out, ineligible address,
or any other reason, order will be cancelled and you will be notified within 24
hours of purchase.
RETURNS:
- Customers must adhere to eBay return policy guidelines. No returns on opened
items; items must be in new, unused and re-sellable condition. Do not write on
or de-face manufacturer packaging.
- No substitutions, and orders cannot be cancelled or changed once payment is
made. Please send any messages before placing order if you have any questions.
If you have made a mistake in your order, it will need to be returned for
refund.
