We use Standard and Expedited Registered Priority Mail as our shipping service. Both methods are "signed for". For US and Canada customers we recommend using more expensive Expedited shipping method.

PayPal is the only accepted payment method. We wait 5 days for the payment to arrive.

How do I file a complaint if there is an error on the identifier?
