A note before we start
Please note: Most of my carpet items are handmade to order in my Colchester, Essex workshop. If you can’t wait 3-to-5 weeks for me to handcraft your order the Old School way, please reconsider, as rushing adds unnecessary pressure and leads to a less satisfying experience for both of us. I'm all about making people happy.

eBay Time
Since 2016, eBay has allowed my 3-to-5-week build time and my quantities to override eBay's advertised estimates, due to the handmade nature of each item.

I may need more details about your car, so please check your eBay messages and emails regularly. Quick responses help avoid delays.
I can only select the correct templates once I have all the details like model, year, engine, gearbox, and modifications.

3-to-5-week Build Time
Your order may wait up to 3 weeks while I gather similar orders to reduce waste and keep your costs low.
If your order lands during a week when your material is already being cut or I have an end of roll, it will be cut sooner.
Once cut, my trusted machinist of 15+ years will bind and assemble your order, ready for dispatch within 1-2 weeks (depending on their workload and holidays).

Life's special moments
For special events in your life, please try and give me time to create and do not leave it to the last minute as I hate having to say no or letting you down.

UK Shipping
All UK orders (except samples) ship via 24–48-hour courier once ready. I prefer couriers like DHL, DPD, FedEx and UPS and as it's sometimes quicker for my machinist to send it, they prefer ParcelForce.

Collecting from CO4 5NE
If you’d like to collect your order from my Colchester Langham factory, let me know so we can arrange a rough date and time (My insurance company requires an appointment so you're covered), and I’ll have everything ready for you.

Tracking and Dispatch
I never send Tracking numbers or Mark items as dispatched through eBay's system due to issues with their A.I. software.
However, I’ll happily text tracking info directly to your mobile number, so please make sure your details are correct.

eBay's Global Shipping Programme (eGSP)
I ship internationally through eBay's Global Shipping Programme (eGSP). I send your order to eBay's UK shipping depot; once signed for, eBay takes over your delivery. They should update us both on the process soon after and provide you with their tracking number.

Direct International Shipping
For direct international shipping, we’ll discuss the best shipping options and costs, preferably before you purchase to keep things simple but also to keep the eBay admin to the minimum.

Your Courier collects
If you would like to organise your own courier to collect from me, I'm fine with that and once packed, sized and weighed, I'll give you all the relevant information you need and I’m happy to assist in any way I can.

Opening Times
Due to my traits, (see About Josh Tab) I keep unconventional hours. I prefer to work in the evenings and throughout the night when there are fewer distractions, as it's much quieter.

Monday to Wednesday: 12:00 to 02:00
Thursday: 12:00 to Friday 15:30 (A 28+ hour day for me)
Saturday: 16:00 to 02:00
Sunday and Bank Holidays: Closed

Please Note: If you send an eBay message or eBay email between Thursday night post 8 pm and Sunday, due to my Dyslexia and being on my own, it may take me till Tuesday to reply to you.

As a one-man operation, I dedicate long hours to crafting bespoke Classic Car Carpets and accessories. Being High-Functioning Autistic with ADD, OCD, and Dyslexia means office tasks take me far longer than most, but they allow me to create something truly special with my hands, mostly at night. I work from midday to 3:00 AM, so feel free to reach out for anything including fitting advice.

My Factory
I'm passionate about preserving traditional craftsmanship and proud to be among the last UK-based handcrafters with a physical workshop, based in Colchester Essex.

My Goal
To care for those who care for me and my family, providing some of Britain’s finest handcrafted Classic Car Carpets. I value one-on-one chats over typing, aiming to blend old-school service with modern tools.

My Laser Build
I built a 4.5m CO₂ laser cutting table to meet demand, ensuring faster, precise cuts and less waste. While I still do plenty of hand-cutting, this helps me handle more orders efficiently.

Daily Tasks
Creating is my passion; admin/typing is not. I do my best to balance tasks, but please be patient. After a 90+ hour week, I take time off on Saturday evenings and Sundays to be with my family and to catch up on admin tasks.
