The Big Horn 70145 Bore Master Door Installation Kit offers everything you need for precise and professional door hardware installation. Featuring an adjustable door boring fixture, this kit accommodates backset positions of 2-3/8” and 2-3/4” and works with wood doors ranging from 1” to 2-3/8” thick. Three carbide-tipped spur bits allow for accurate boring of 1” edge-bore, 2-1/8” cross-bore, and 1-1/2” cross-bore holes for deadbolts. This comprehensive kit also includes two router template kits, designed to create perfect mortises for latch and strike plates. A heavy-duty 1/2” hex drive quick-release drill adapter ensures smooth compatibility with your drill motor, while the 1-1/2” reducer ring provides versatility when using the 1-1/2” spur bit.

An aluminum latch bore strike center marker with a stainless-steel point ensures accurate alignment, while the spring-loaded corner chisel makes quick work of squaring mortise corners for square-cornered hardware. RETURN & REFUND:

Defective or items shipped in error must be returned within 30 days of date received, at our expense for full credit/ replacement. Defective merchandise may only be exchanged for an identical item. If an identical item is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute an item of equal or greater value at our discretion. You must inspect your package immediately upon receipt and notify us for any shortages (did not receive all the items listed on the packing slip that show as shipped), damages or defects.

You are responsible for all return shipping costs on non-defective items, you may be charged for the service call and/or shipping plus a restocking fee up to 25% (will be deducted from refunds).

If the order hasn't been shipped yet, you may cancel the order yourself or request eBay to cancel the order for you. Once an item or an order has been shipped it cannot be canceled and you will have to process a general return which will incur cancellation fees, restocking fees, additional return shipping charges plus the original shipping charges can also not be refunded.
