Description: A rather scarce map of a section of the Post-road route from London to Edinburgh. This map shows the route through part of Northumberland and County Durham, passing through Belford. The area depicted is twelve miles by six miles and the map is surrounded by a decorative border.

Cartographer / Engraver: Mostyn John Armstrong

Provenance: 'An Actual Survey of the Great Post-Roads between London and Edinburgh', London, 1776.

Condition: Very good condition. Light age toning. Please study all the photographs carefully to fully appreciate the condition.
