Instructions:

Thread into sump pump discharge
Attach to 1-1/4" pipe or hose using rubber coupler with stainless steel clamps
Or Attach to 1-1/2" pipe with PCV primer and cement
Periodically test your sump pump and check valve by filling pit with water
