What is Buccal Route?

The buccal route refersto delivery of medicines from the floor of the mouth. There are two types: (a)Placing the medication on the tongue (buccal absorption) (b) Placing themedication below the tongue (sublingual)

Storage

TURMGEL must be stored at room temperature, away fromdirect sunlight, in a dry and secure place. In case thelozenges become soft due to high temperatures, the blister pack can berefrigerated for 15 to 30 minutes. Then, remove the pack from the refrigeratorand continue to store at room temperature
