This is a Santa ornament with Santa holding a Fire hose with a Fire hydrant beside him and hose wrapped around him. It's has very vibrate colors, cute, what more can be said. He roughly measures 3 inches in height and he hangs on the tree.  Made of heavy ceramic material. Need any more info. just ask..
