A note about our
stock and stock levels:
Showbitz Ltd also has
a webstore and trade counter, therefore we are unable to keep stock levels
accurate on Ebay. Should an item be showing low stock, please contact us if you
require a larger quantity. Likewise, there are occasions when our Ebay stock drops
to zero, but we still have stock in the warehouse – it’s always worth asking!
We endeavour to carry
large stocks of everything listed and occasionally will send items direct
supply from the manufacturer should that be more cost effective, or if we are out
of stock. On the occasion that we discover we are out of stock when picking an
order, we will send a message with the lead time, an offer of a refund, or an
alternative option.
A note about postage:
Please check your
address carefully before placing and order as we do not check this prior to
dispatch.
If you discover your
delivery address is incorrect after placing your order, let us know as soon as
possible as once the item has been dispatched, we cannot make any amendments.
We will only send items to an alternative address up to the value of £10,
anything over this value we will refund/cancel the order for you to place again
with the correct details.
Our standard postage
service is Royal Mail 2nd class. There is no tracking available with
this service. We aim to get all parcels dispatched each working day prior to
their collection time, sometimes this is not possible, however, in this case
the parcels will always go the following day.
If you require a
faster service, please let us know, and we will do our best to send first class
without any extra cost. However, we will contact you if there is any extra
charge.
For items oversize,
and/or over 5kg, we will use a courier service – This is normally a collection
on the next working day, with delivery the following day.
We are currently
unable to send abroad except via the Global Shipping Programme.

our sales items here, and of course backed up with any advice we can offer on
the telephone. Our product range is largely designed for professional use only,
so therefore if you intend to use in other applications, such as home, it would
be advisable to discuss with us to ensure its suitability.
