J. Stasny Music Co. Cleveland, O and N.Y. copyright renewed 1918 by A.J. Stasny music Co. 56-58 W 45th St. N.Y.  I have about 50 of this type of sheet music all from WWI copyrighted from 1912 thru 1919 and later, I'll be listing more over the next day or two.
