RETURNS : Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order. Please bear in mind that we can only approve refunds on items that are returned in re-saleable condition with all their outer packaging intact and perfect. It is important that you re-pack any return items securely as we cannot be held responsible for any damage to an item which occurs during return transit to us. Once your items are received by our warehouse we will confirm with you the safe arrival and apply any refund where applicable within 5 working days. The buyer is responsible for paying all return postage costs except in the case where evidence can be provided that the item was damaged or faulty upon receipt.
