    We offer Free Shipping for most items (unless otherwise stated) within Australia. We aim to turn around our orders within one working day and same day shipping if ordered before 12pm. Tracking information will be updated on to eBay each day.

    We use Australia posteparcel & express, Fastway and Toll couriers within Australia. DHL Express for export orders.

    By placing an order with Direct Pool Shop Online you accept that the ownership of and risk of the goods passes to the customer upon payment of the goods and when the goods have been despatched with the carrier by Direct Pool shop Online. Extra expenses incurred for redelivery are the responsibility of the consignee of the goods. Please note - All articles with Australia Post will be marked "leave at front door if no one is home" unless stated otherwise at time of purchase.

    Other carriers may leave a card to rearrange delivery or collection. Please note larger items sent with carriers other than Australia post cannot be delivered to PO Box addresses. Please supply an alternative address with your order.

    If the goods are defective upon receipt, please contact us immediately.

    If you receive your order, and you were sent the wrong products, please message us and include a description of the incorrect goods, your full name and contact details. We will arrange collection within Australia via Australia post or if more convenient we will refund your return postal costs.

    If you receive the product and you do not want it, or have changed your mind about it, we offer a 60 money back policy.

    The products must be in their original packaging. You are required to accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment. No goods will be accepted without clear contact details. If the product you received is not the product you ordered we pay the cost of returning the item. If the product is returned for any other reason, you will incur the cost of the return.
