Q: How long does it take for my item to arrive?

A: If you are based in the UK or Ireland your item is typically delivered within 48 hours however we would ask you allow 3-5 days for delivery. Next Day Delivery options are available on most items.

Q: What if I want to return my item?

A: We are pleased to say we offer FREE UK Returns for our customer. All you need to do is open a return on eBay within 14 days of ordering your item and then print off the free return label through eBay and drop your item off at a local post office.

Q: How do I measure a bolt?

A: Hex Head Bolt Diameter. When measuring a bolt or a screw we would recommend you use a Vernier, if you do not have a Vernier you could use a standard ruler however we would recommend you purchase a Vernier if you measure fasteners on a regular basis as it ensure more accuracy. When measuring a hex head bolt you do not include the head in your measurement, you only measure the threaded part from under the head. The diameter always comes first when writing the size and if it is metric it will start with the letter "M". Measuring a countersunk fastener. When measuring a countersunk fastener, you measure from the flat top of the head to the end of the thread, this is known as the length of the bolt, the diameter is measured the same as a hex head bolt.

Q: How do I measure the length of a bolt or screw?

A: You must measure the length from underneath the head to the end of the bolt, be sure to include the unthreaded part under the head commonly known as the shank. As discussed above when measuring a countersunk product be sure to measure the entire length from the top of the head to end of threaded part.

We do our best to ensure all orders placed before 3pm weekdays (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same day.

We also work throughout most weekends to ensure orders are dispatched promptly on Monday morning and we also post many items on Saturday afternoons if there are going via Royal Mail.

The majority of our items are delivered anywhere within the UK and Ireland within 48 Hours however we would ask you to allow 2-5 working days for the item to arrive as occasionally our couriers can let us down. Certain items may have specialist delivery terms such as next day delivery as standard and this will be clearly noted in the description of that item.

Our stated dispatch times exclude bank holidays and our holidays, also may exclude cetin items, however this will be stated in the listing. However unfortunately due to large demand at times we cannot guarantee same day despatch times but we can assure you we do our upmost best to get all orders delivered as quickly as possible.

We do everything possible to ensure all of our customers are totally satisfied. It is extremely rare that any of our customers wish to return an item however we are pleased to offer a free returns policy to our eBay customers.

We offer a 14 day free and easy returns for the majority of our products. It will be stated on listing if it is exempt from this, but very few products are.

For any reason if you wish to return a product within 14 days we will cover the cost of returning the item and you can easily print a label from eBay and drop your item for returning to your post office.

We can also arrange for the item to be collected however collection may incur a surcharge.

Custom made/specially sourced/custom cut products are exempt from return.
