This elegant fine ivory formal dinner plate was produced by Mikasa China.

Titled Ebony Flair, it was introduced by the company in 1997 and then subsequently discontinued in 1998.

The pattern features an ivory center ringed in a narrow band of gold with small solid blue dots.

Between this inner ring and the outer plate edge, lies a 1-1/2" border of navy blue and white dots.

The plate's outer edge consists of a solid 3/16" navy blue band between two brilliant gold rim lines.

Measuring 10-7/8" in diameter, the plate is in mint condition, with no scratches, cracks, chips, utensil marks or any sign of previous use.

A box is not included.

This gorgeous and elegant pattern is becoming increasingly difficult to locate.

I only accept PayPal. Please make payment within 3 days of the close of the sale.

After 5 days, if no contact has been made to advise intent and confirm a mutually acceptable payment agreement, the item will be re-listed and an unpaid item case will be opened with eBay.

Once payment is received, I will ship the purchased item within 3 business days. I make every effort to ship the following business day, however.

I do combine shipping on additional purchases made within any 3 day time period, if advised in advance of impending additional purchase and payment. Buyer must request total amount due from seller.

Returns are accepted within 14 days, but the buyer must contact the seller within 3 days of item receipt.

Buyer must send an email, stating the reason for dissatisfaction, prior to returning the item.

As a seller, I retain the right to refuse a return for an unacceptable stated reason.
