1. We accept Paypal only. 

2. If you are paying by Paypal, we can only send to the address shown on your paypal account. So please ensure that the ship to address is identical to your Paypal address. 

3. If your Paypal has a unconfirmed address this will cause delays so please ensure that this is confirmed.

1. We are willing to refund or exchange the item only if the embroidery text is incorrectly spelt due to an error we have made.

2. All returns must accompany the original packaging that was provided.

3. Postage and insurance charge is non-refundable for all items.

4. If the item is faulty on arrival we can send you a new item free of charge but the faulty item needs to be returned first so we can check the issue with the item.
