This is a FABULOUS vintage 1960's 70's Boho - Hippie maxi dress. It is tagged "Neiman Marcus". I believe this is by designer "Miss Elliette of California" but that tag no longer remains. However, style tag # associates with her dresses.  It has a navy blue poly knit fitted bodice with scoop neck and long sleeves.  The skirt is a very full paneled skirt in a puckered cotton print of alternating bands of floral stripes. There is a matching navy belt that has a cinch tie in the front.  It zips up the back with a full nylon zipper. 

   Tagged a size 8 but as with all vintage sizing please go by measurements below comparing to something in your wardrobe with a good fit.
