This is a Gorgeous vintage 1930's? 40's? jeweled buckle chain belt.  That buckle is fabulous....it is a big oval of large cut faceted crystals that are bezel set with smaller stones in between.  Attached to the 3 rows of chain that is soldered together.  I cannot find any maker barks.  It is in good condition ....the tab of the buckle, which is a row of rhinestones has the tip of it broken off so it does not buckle real well into the chain, however there is also a hook at the end of the chain which works to hold it on.  The chain measures 32.5" long and the buckle measures 3" x 2.5"....best fit a size 32" waist or smaller.
