Shipping Details:

All items are packaged the same day of the order being paid, (during our business hours of Mon.-Fri 8:30-5:00 PST). All items are shipped no later than the end of the next business day through USPS unless you have requested other arrangements. We will provide a tracking number if it is not already posted on the order details.

Return Policy:

We offer a 30 Day return time after the item is delivered.

1.   We do not refund for buyer’s remorse. We provide more than enough pictures and written description of all items to clarify their condition.

2.   If the item is damaged in shipping a full documentation with pictures will need to be provided prior to any refund or return.

3.   If the item is not functioning properly we would like you to contact us through eBay mail. Our tech team can help you with the operation of the item. All items are tested and are functional unless in the description we have specified that it was not.

The customer pays all of the non-refundable return shipping cost and also a restocking fee of 15% of the purchase cost.
