Instruction for use:

This is a XL Gentleman Strop,
that will last you for a very long time. it is sufficient to use the palm of your hand,
which has already a natural oil, to dress your Strop Hide.
It is very supple and it will give you a beautiful finish to your sharpening edges.
It is ready to use no need any breaking (in the past the barber had to break in the strop before use them).

Like in all Hide Latigo materials there is only one usable supple part, the other side is naturally rougher
Many other strops on the market use synthetic backings, our can be used for cr-ox paste or sharpening tools.
The leather has been selected free from defects but like all natural skin material it may have
little signs that are part of the animal skin like molls, scars, birthmarks.
All these will never influence the sharpening experience
and denote the natural origin of the material and its treatment.
