HAND PAINTED BATIK ART ~ NW American Indian Wolf art measuring 9 x 9 inches. The Wolf is considered a medicine being associated with courage, strength, loyalty, and success at hunting. Each panel is individually hand painted in red and black on natural cotton so there may be slight variation complimentary to a unique piece. These authentic hand painted panels have un-finished edges and can be used in quilt making, clothing projects or mini wall art hangings. For a nice wall hanging simply use cardboard or poster board as a backing and fold over the edges and fasten to back of board with tape. For a classier look they can be matted and framed. Either way they will add a nice splash of color to your unique home decor needs. Batik is an age old method developed by the Indonesians. It is the art of creating design using the application of wax and dyes. It is a very timely process that can only be created by hand.
