You are considering a Browning, 3 Groove Cast Iron V-Belt Pulley / Sheave.  This pulley is unused, old stock surplus. It has scratches, paint chips, etc. from handling and storage. Also has considerable surface rust on the bare metal areas from sitting in a non-climate controlled warehouse. It still has it's factory cardboard strapped around the grooves for protection. Being sold AS IS.
