You are considering a Fletcher "Diamond Tooling" Cutter Head. This cutter is used surplus, but appears to be in good overall condition. We do not know what type machine this cutter fits or its intended purpose. Looks like it should cut a notch or groove. It came from a manufacturer who made custom wood products; such as crown molding, etc. The tag on its wooden storage box says "Diamond Tooling by Fletcher". The only number we can find is stamped on the side of the cutter body (number listed below). If you need any other measurements than the ones listed below, please let us know.
