You are considering what we believe to be a Fletcher "Diamond Tooling" Cutter Head. This cutter is used surplus and appears to be in fair overall condition. We do not know what type machine this cutter fits or its intended purpose. Looks like it should cut a notch or groove. It came from a manufacturer who made custom wood products; such as crown molding, etc. This cutter is similar to a 17mm wide Fletcher brand cutter we have listed and is stamped with a similar number. However, this cutter is not in a Fletcher box as the other cutter is. Being sold AS IS.
