* Preparation*

-1 sachet of New Moon Premium Bak Kut Teh Spices Traditional

-1 kg of Pork Ribs (or any other meat of choice)

-12 cloves (1 bulb) of garlic

-1800ml water

-1 teaspoon dark soy sauce for colour (optional)

* Cooking Instruction*

1. Over high fire, bring water to boil

2. Add in New Moon Premium Bak Kut Teh Spices Traditional, meat and garlic and continue to boil over medium heat for 35 minutes (up to 1hour for more spicy and peppery taste)

3. Add 1 teaspoon of dark soy sauce for colour

4. Serve hot
