FEATURED:   A very charming original portrait of "GRANDAUGHTER AND DOLL", BY J.D. GAREL,  in an Americana Folk Art Portrait style, this adorable little Miss, with her very quirky and cute Raggedy Andy meets Mr.Clown doll, just captivates you with her look, cute hairdo,  (those great bangs!), her Sunday church clothes, and  formal pose. She's  friendly, with a happy yet serious expression on her beautiful little face, and looks right at you with those big black eyes...  She was painted for "Steve" in 1970; we don't know whose grandaughter she is, but she was obviously a very beloved child in the family.  We could not find out anything about the artist or the subject, and would love to see more of his whimsical work, and more of this darling little girl, too!  Portraits such as this add such personality to any decor, and you will surely get comments and questions about this portrait when it's placed in your home. A great addition to any folk art, outsider, or Americana collection, and a wonderful piece of art to hang in your family or little girl's room.
