2 sizes available:
Small / Medium for necks 17-25cm (used more for new borns or small breeds- Although advised by manufacturers for new borns they may not suit every breed so please check the size before you buy) You may need to a temporary hook n loop available in our shop on ebay until the puppies grow
Medium / Large for necks 22-35cm (used for larger born puppies or older puppies)
Collars are 10mm wide and fully adjustable.
Easy snap too buckle for safety which would pull apart easily (similar to the way a safety feature on a cat collar does)
These are used to identify puppies in a litter - soft collars with easy snap feature - which would unsnap incase of emergency
This enables you to write puppy name, DOB and weights from week 1 to 8
These can be kept on the pup as grows just buy simply adjusting the collar with ease.

THE REASON FOR SUCH STRICT POLICIES IS THERE USE WITH NEWBORN PUPPIES/KITTENS. THESE PETS DO NOT HAVE ANY IMMUNINE SYSTEM THEREFORE WE CANNOT ALLOW ANY CROSS CONTANIMATION OF SUCH PRODUCTS INCASE OF CLAIMS OF PRODUCTS WHICH MAY HARBOUR BATERIA, DISEASE, FLEAS/TICKS, VIRUS, ETC.
Returns Policy
Should you wish to return any unwanted items, they must be in new un-used condition, un-opened and original packaging at buyers/your cost with insurance to cover the item within 14 days of purchase, Signature is required for all returned items to ensure safe arrival. Buyer pays return postage. All items must be free from pet hair and your pet must not have used the item.We reserve the right to refuse any return which is soiled/pet hair/broken/damaged. These goods will be held for collection (see full T & C) Exchanges are subject to buyer paying delivery costs for return and re-delivery. If any item was free delivery this only applies to the original item and the replacement cannot be re-delivered for free. Bespoke/personalised/special order or made to measure items are not covered. All hygiene sealed items, including but not limited to, such as sterile, whelping kits, heat pads, puppy milk, food/supplement items, vet bedding Are excluded from returns due to the health and hygiene. Due to strict regulations with the use of such items we cannot re-sell products which have been out of our possession. Opened Whelping Box Order's are subject to a non refundable cancellation fee as these are made to order therefore bespoke. Opened the whelping box will also be subject to a resterilization fee as all whelping boxes are sterilised ready to use before packing. Refunds will not be given if any breaches of the terms are not met. If you wish to return any un-used item please email us thru ebay, where you will be given a returns authorisation number to include with your item. You MUST contact us before returning any item. Note any items returned to us none delivered/collected via our couriers or Royal Mail tracked incur a return fee. Couriers charges are £6.00 + vat and Royal Mail charges are £3.38 + vat. This cost shall be deducted from your refund should you fail to collect or re-arrange your delivery. Tracking numbers are provided at the time of dispatch, and you will also receive text / email alerts regarding your delivery. These charges apply to any return to sender items.
