antiqued wood behind museum glass
glazing for clarity and protection; it
looks to be in very good condition
though not inspected out of frame;
areas of prior professional restoration 
include in areas of upper left corner,
knee of the drawer, lower left corner
through the letters "d"and "e" & lower
right corner through letters "aa"
