* Instructions*

Add Sun Kee Bak Kut Teh Ingredients and 2 cloves of garlic into 1.5 liter of water, bring to boil for 30 minutes at medium heat.

Add in 600g of meat, simmer for another 40 minutes.

Note: Add in Black Soy Sauce / other seasonings if preferred.
