ORDERING PROCESS:
- Buy the item and complete your payment.
- Send us your graphics file to print for your order by uploading it to https://demandprintgraphics.wetransfer.com. Make sure you use the same email to transfer your file that you used to checkout. (Please note that we reserve the right to refuse to reproduce any image or message that violates our professional and/or personal ethics.) Accepted File Formats: .ai, .pdf, .eps, and high resolution .jpg or .tiff files designed to the full final size you want your graphic to be, and saved at at least 150 dpi. If sending an .ai, .pdf, or .vector .eps file, MAKE SURE ALL FONTS ARE CONVERTED TO OUTLINES/CURVES. We do not guarantee color or font matching to your supplied file. PLEASE NOTE: NO DESIGN SERVICE IS INCLUDED WITH OUR LISTINGS. YOU MUST SUBMIT YOUR OWN ARTWORK THAT IS DESIGNED TO THE SIZE BEING ORDERED AND AT THE ACCEPTABLE FILE TYPES AND RESOLUTION.
- Order confirmation and correspondence is sent to the email address associated with the transaction. (Check your spam folder for an email if you do not receive an email regarding your order).
- We will send you a proof. Each revision will require at least 24 hours for a reply, so please be as specific as possible indicating your changes/instructions. After your proof approval, your graphic will ship in 48 to 72 hrs. (M-F, non-holidays). Please review your art proof thoroughly. Make sure to check all spellings and punctuation, colors, font, and graphics. What you approve in your proof is what will be printed. Once you approve the design, you bear all responsibility for any errors. Graphic sizes will vary slightly due to hemming or trimming, and are not guaranteed to finish at the exact advertised size, but should generally finish on all sides to within 1 inch of advertised size.

SHIPPING:
The normal turnaround to prepare the order for shipping is 3 BUSINESS days. All order ship via USPS. We do not guarantee any shipping or delivery dates. You agree that we are not responsible for any expense due to a delay in your order. Graphic will ship rolled in a box or tube.
All shipments are sent to the shipping address provided when checking out. Due to policy we cannot ship to an alternate address. You can enter an alternate address before you complete your purchase.
We can only ship to a physical address, not to a PO Box.
