Payment
For items purchased payment is due immediately. Offers that have been accepted, payment is due within 72hrs. We believe in non-payment reporting and do so automatically. If you have not paid in the automatic reporting period, the sale is voided and the item relisted.

RETURNS
We will accept returns only on certain items for limited reasons. All of our items are tested and should function as expected. If it does not work for you, it is possible this may not be the part/repair to cure your vehicle issue.  If the item is damaged or verified to not work, a full refund will be issued. We attempt to work with the buyer to return the item, we do not refund any shipping and will charge a re-stocking fee of 20% of all money used to purchase the item. 
We WILL NOT accept returns for items that are purchased in error. For example, the wrong part is purchased and does not fit your vehicle, buyer's remorse, etc. We reserve the right to refuse ANY return. It is imperative you contact us directly via Ebay message to discuss returning the item.
