Non-Defective terms
We
will accept returns on most non-defective products returned for credit
or exchange. Non-defective items which have NOT been opened or unpacked
from their original packaging will be accepted for refund if returned
within 30 days of purchase. Shipping & Handling charges are
NON-refundable. however a 15% restocking fee will be applied.
Defective terms
Defective
(function only) items will be repair or exchanged only. All repair or
exchanges must be transacted within 30 days warranty of purchasing .
Items damaged in shipping
please
inspect all merchandise at the time of delivery. if an item is damaged
in shipping you must note the damage on the delivery document at the
time of delivery. If damage is not noted at the time of delivery. if the
damage is concealed a customer has 48 hours to report this
damage. HNDtek cannot be responsible for shipping damage that is not
reported in a timely manner
Returning an open box
If
you decide to return any item and have opened the box or have broken
the manufacturer's seal, a restocking fee will be applied unless the
item is defective. See Below.
Restocking Fees
A
15% restocking fee will be charged to your account for any
non-defective product returned once the box has been opened. A 30%
restocking fee will be charged for any item returned with missing or
damaged material
This will also apply to: 1. A replacement model shipped of equal or greater value. 2. An alternative model shipped, of equal or greater value.
