A French colonial chivalric order in French Cambodia, and is still in use in the present-day Cambodia.  

It was awarded with different ribbons by both the King of Cambodia and the President of France.  It was awarded by the President of France under a decree of December 5, 1899 and until August 25, 1948 when it was returned to the exclusive control of the King of Cambodia.  Includes ribbon and case.
