We do have a up to a specific working day dispatch on the listings, each is different so please check, however should all the details be left correctly then most of the time  we dispatch quite quickly, however things are only by 1st class post, and once left us its beyond our control, so if you do require something a little quicker than your estimated delivery date, please ask B4 order and we will advise on delivery options as depending where you are in the uk , depends on courier service and price, orders that come in with a specific require date on within the timescale, will just be processed as any other order as not asked prior to order,

Your delivery,  on receiving your goods only via royal mail please gently rattle your parcel before signing for this item if you can hear rattling and bits shaking then decline/refuse your item and ask your postman to return to sender, and ask for a receipt, we understand that if an item is cracked or chipped or hairline cracked you may not  hear a rattle, but if the item is rattling then it is broken, if signed for this means you are signing for the item in good condition and due to royal mails new policy on claims you will need to pursue the claim against royal mail as the recipient, however we can still do this but you will need to send back the packaging at YOUR cost as you have signed for delivery, as soon as we have received the packaging back we will issue you replacement/s. or a refund should this be your choice however it will be minus any postage paid on your goods,

We sent most things with royal mail, who leave a card if attempt delivery and no-one is , if these goods are returned to us as not called for, there will be a re-delivery charge on sending them back to you,  sometimes depending on the quantity order we use a courier, if these goods get returned to us, a re-delivery charge will also apply + surcharge from from courier,
