TIE-ON = Loose cord ends are left open for you to tie it on for constant long term wear.
SLIDING KNOT = Loose cord ends are brought together & a square knot is tied around them. You will be able to slide the ends through the knot to tighten or loosen the bracelet for on & off wear.
SIZES: They are braided to the smaller number of the size choice. This is the tightest they will go. 3 inches of unbraided cord is left at each end so that: Tie-on can be tied at a longer length and Sliding Knot can be pulled to a longer length.
WIDTH: each individual anklet/bracelet is 5mm, 3/16 inch, just under 1/4 in
