We ship Monday through Friday 9am to 1pm. Our office is closed on weekends and may be extended on holidays.
Notice items may ship via Fedex smartpost.The address you use must be usable by the USPS. This service uses both Fedex and USPS for delivery.Once the item leaves our facility we have no control over when and how it is delivered.Once you have the tracking number we cannot answer questions as to when an item will be delivered. If you have questions you can call Fedex for expected time or arrival.
Free shipping is to the contiguous U.S. only; Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are subject to additional shipping fees. For shipping fees to these locations please contact us before bidding.

Return Policy: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly exchange it or offer a refund (excluding shipping) with a 15 % restocking fee.
Any order cancellations will have same restocking fees as returns.
All buyers must contact us via email within 7 days of receipt before returning an item. Item must be returned within 14 days. Any returned items must be sent in original condition, box and with all received documents/invoices. Buyer is responsible for return shipping cost, No Exceptions.
Item Availability: We do our best to maintain accurate inventory on our eBay site, however due to the combination of eBay orders and customer pickups, sometimes items will sell both on-line and from our warehouse concurrently. It is possible a customer picked up our last part.In this case we will notify you so you can decide to wait for our new inventory to arrive or receive a full refund.
