To receive credit for your returns, all returned items must be in their UNOPENED original packaging and properly packaged for shipping, you will be responsible for any merchandise damaged while being returned to us. Please obtain a return authorization before making your returns, any returns sent to us without a valid RA # will not receive credit.
Restocking Fee- All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus the original shipping & handling. If you received free shipping, you are still responsible for the original shipping cost for the shipment. Refused orders will be charged return shipping fee in addition to all applicable return fees.
Defective Items- You must contact the respective manufacturer to troubleshoot any issues with an item you may think is defective and provide us with a case number if in fact they find the item to be defective. Ribbon breaks and paper jams are not a defect and will happen with all dye sub media, contact us or the manufacturer for instructions on repairing a broken ribbon.
