International orders will be shipped with Royal Mail Air Mail in conjunction with 

your local postal service.

Unfortunately we are unable to dispatch orders on the weekends or holidays.

delivered within 1-2 working days. 95% are delivered within this timescale but please 

allow 3-4 working days. A signature may be required on delivery.

Delivery to the Scottish Highlands, Outer Hebrides, Orkney Islands and Channel Islands 

may take up to an additional 3 days.

If you are unable to accept delivery then Royal Mail will leave a card stating the time and date 

they attempted delivery and details as to the current location, which is normally the local main 

post office. Your parcel will be held for seven days at the local post office and will then be 

returned to The Craft Tree
