We are doing our best to decribe the items as close as the physical item. As we all knew the color on the screen may not exactly same as actual color. So we will not refund for any claims on colors or sizes. If you not sure what size to buy, please see above How to Choose Your Proper Size Section. All items we are selling are brand new. If you receive a faulty item or missing item in the order, please contact us in 48 hours on the date of arrival. We will send you a replacement and get the faulty items back. No return or refund for those items applied decorations (embroidery/screen printing)

We will not process any claims that raised after 48 hours on the date of arrival. It will take about 2 weeks to process the return.
