    • Chorizo

    Eldon's Special Chorizo Seasoning is loaded with real Mexican flavor.  Use bulk style (patties) or stuff into 33-36MM hog casings.   Great cooked with scrambled eggs wrapped into tortillas.

    Ingredients: Salt, Spices, Chili Pepper, Garlic Powder, Spice Extracts, less than 2% Tricalcium Phosphate added to prevent caking.



    Jalapeno

    Salt and spices mixed with a potent blend of jalapeno powder and cut jalapeno peppers.  Hot and spicy jalapeno flavor. (3.5oz).  Cure packet enclosed.  Cures 5 lbs meat.  No MSG.

    Ingredients: Salt, Sugar, Spices, Dehydrated & Ground Jalapeno Peppers, Hydrolyzed Soy Protein, Onion & Garlic Powders, Spice Extractives & Sodium Erythorbate.



    Polish Sausage

    If you like garlic, you will love this robust fresh sausage favorite.  No MSG

    Ingredients: Spices, Salt, Garlic Powder & Garlic Concentrate.



    Boudin

    Boudin Sausage is a long time southern favorite.  It's generally served with cooked rice or as a breakfast side dish.

    Use bulk style (patty) or stuff into 33-36MM hog casings.  Seasons 5 lbs. of meat.  No MSG.



    Bratwurst

    Eldon's Bratwurst Seasoning produces an excellent sausage. An excellent dinner or breakfast link.

    Use bulk style for patties, or for the best results stuff into 33-36MM natural hog casings.

    Ingredients: Salt, Spices, White Pepper, Coriander, Thyme, Nutmeg, Savory, Clove Extracts, BHA (0.98%), Propyl Gallate (0.30%) & Citric Acid added to protect flavor.




    Swedish Potato

    Produces and excellent old-world sausage flavor. Stuff into 33-36mm hog casings or form patties.

    Seasons up to 5 pounds of meat.


    Ingredients: salt, spices, hydrolyzed soy protein, autolyzed yeast extract, dextrose and less than 2% tricalcium phosphate as an anti-caking agent.

    Hot Italian

    The perfect amount of fennel, cayenne pepper, and hot red chili peppers are the extra ingredients that make Eldons Hot Italian Seasoning such a big hit.

    Mild Country

    A Mild Breakfast Sausage recipe with just the right blend of spices and not too much sage.

    A mild Italian flavor with just a touch of anise sweetness. 

    Use bulk style or stuff into 33-36mm hog or 32mm collagen casings.

    Ingredients:  Salt, Fennel, Black Pepper, Paprika, Nutmeg, Anise & Spice Extracts.



    Old West

    This seasoning makes a real Old West Style Breakfast Sausage bursting with spicy flavor.

    Ingredients: Salt, Sugar, Pepper, Dextrose, Sage, Spice Extracts & Monosodium Glutamate (6.12%), BHA (0.044%), Prpyl Gallate (0.017%) & Citric Acid (0.010%) added to protect flavor.



    Garlic Sausage

    Great fresh garlic flavor! Seasons up to 5 lbs of meat.

    Ingredients:  Salt, dextrose, MSG, Red Pepper, Paprika, Natural Flavors, Garlic Concentrate, BHA (.038%), BHT (.038% Prophyl Gallate (.023%) and Citric Acid (.023%) added to protect flavor.



    Hot Country Breakfast Sausage

    We took our mild country and kicked it up a notch!

    Stuff into 22-24mm sheep casings or use for patties.  Seasons up to 5 pounds of meat.

     Has that great old fashioned Bologna & Frank hot dog flavor. Works great with any meat or wild game.
