First edition. One of 500 copies. Handsome reissue of the classic 1861 contemporary account of the Pike’s Peak Gold Rush by Dr. C. M Clark. The text and illustrations are taken from the original edition with some minor rearrangement; an index and introduction were added.

CONDITION: Very good, light wear at extremities; a very appealing, high-quality production by the Talisman Press.
