working day lead time on manufacturing and dispatching our orders. So, it is important
that we receive your Engraving/ Printing/ Cutting Details as soon as possible.
You can send your details to us via eBay message. Email exchanging is only enabled
by eBay after the purchase is completed. Files other than JPEGs can be emailed
to us. Failure is
providing us your personalisation details within our lead time will result in
your order being cancelled as our eBay store reputation is important to us and
delays on dispatchments and items not received by customers do affect our
rankings.
