This is a product of Goebel / M I Hummel.  Is very well detailed from top to bottom.   Hummel " Village Boy " Large Figurine.  No damage.   A True Hummel.   Did not see any crazing.   Photos will show exactly what you are getting.  My wife collected this as she thought it was too pretty to pass up and it has adorned our home ever since.  This will add beauty to yours as well.
