For your consideration is a Honda Pilot Tailgate Lock Assembly.  Pictured is the item you will be receiving - it came from a 2007 Pilot and includes the actuator, three mounting screws and an orange snap connector.

Condition: Good working condition with a small amount of oxidation on the metal. 
Testing:  The latch opens and closes and I tested the actuator for proper operation with a 12v battery.
