Shipping Policy
  • Buyers are solely liable for custom duties or taxes.
  • Please check with your country's customs office to determine additional costs prior to buying.
  • If a package is undeliverable due to incorrect address provided by buyer, NO REFUND will be provided.
Refund Policy 
  • Refund is effective only for the faulty product or the products that confirmed arrived winthin 4 weeks (30 Days). 
  • No refund for late shipment or custom withheld by buyer's country. 
  • No refund for buyer puts insufficient delivery address detail or wrong address information. 
Return Policy
  • Please ensure that you contact Customer Services and request a Returns Authorisation before you send the order back to us. Returns which are not prearranged cannot be accepted. 
  • After the return has been authorised, the returned goods must be postmarked within 2 business days. 
  • Returns MUST be in original brand new packaging (not opened), resellable condition and accessories. 
  • Any returns are shipped at the customer's risk. We do not take responsibility for items which are lost or damaged in transit. 
  • Accepted returns will be refunded using ONLY PayPal. 
  • Return postage and insurance charge are excluded and non-refundable. 
  • There will be 20% charge for a restocking fee.
