Items purchased are shipped from our warehouse in Albury, New South Wales – in some instances items may be sent directly from one of our partners. Engine Master Australia will accept any new and unused purchase returned within 14-days of purchase for a refund or exchange* (excluding freight charges and eBay fees) Any goods returned for credit must be in the original packaging and in a saleable condition, accompanied by the original invoice number, date of purchase and reason for return.
