Postage & Handling
Orders are normally shipped 24 - 48 hours from receipt of payment (excluding weekends and public holidays). 

Items are sent without postage insurance. If you would like postage insurance (for loss or damage in transit) please let us know. If postage insurance is not taken and items get damamged in transit, we will be unable to replace the item. 

Postage is via Australia Post eParcel with tracking or courier. Please allow approximately 2 to 10 working days for delivery (especially for regional WA & NT).

14 Day Returns Policy

If you change your mind we are glad to offer you a refund or an exchange as long as the item has not been opened, used, or damaged & returned within 14 days of receiving it. 

We will deduct any postage costs which we incurred from the refund (including items that are free postage).

Unfortunately, we can’t grant a refund if the returned item is not in re-saleable condition. Please note that the customer will bear the incurred delivery cost for returning the item to us. We won’t accept C.O.D. returned package.
