This is a 24x36 high quality, high resolution reproduction on 70 lb. thick stock paper (see my feedback) of a 1912 Charles E. Goad plat atlas map of Vancouver, Canada (Ward 4). It includes False Creek, the Great Northern Railway and Royal Planing Mill.  It is in Mint condition.

Plate 71: covers from Union St. to False Creek and from Main St. to Dunlevy Ave.

Each color represents a different type of building: Pink is Brick and Orange is Wood.
