Langdean’s Neoprene sponge is black (very dark grey) in colour and is manufactured in block sizes of 2m x 1m x approximately 50mm thick, we then join the blocks together to form a continuous roll and then split the roll to the customers required thickness , which can be any variation between 1mm to 50mm. (a faint join line is seen at every approx. 1 to 2m length or so). This listing is for a thickness range of 1.5mm to 12mm.

After splitting the blocks to the required thickness we can supply the material either plain or self-adhesive backed on one or both sides; this listing is for Self-adhesive backed one side.

Standard tolerances for thickness 

Always measure thickness with a Sponge or Soft Rubber measuring gauge caliper with a minimum round flat head of 10mm dia.
