with the latest PO postage increase we have moved all eligible items to the less expensive ebay standard envelope shipping rates, which are a huge savings in shipping prices, but is quite a bit slower in arriving, coming from up here in Alaska to the lower 48 can take an average of 2 weeks. thanks 
the USPS has raised all ground shipping rates again to a higher postage rate, as we have an ebay store we are required to ship all items with tracking, hence the higher postage rates. if you buy multiple items we can adjust your postage back down and refund you back to what it costs to mail your item , either send us an message "ask seller for a new invoice" or we can just refund the extra postage back when we mail them to you. thanks!

These are the classic style felt pennants, they are tough to ship, I roll them as best as possible to put in a 12x4x4 box, but some slight creasing is unavoidable.  Shipping in a 30 inch flat box is impossible coming from Alaska, it would get bent no matter what, so i do the best I can on getting them to you with as little creasing as possible, but its going to be an unavoidable problem with these style of classic felt pennants.... thanks kev

We offer 1 day handling, meaning we mail items within 24 hours of purchase (except on weekends and non mailing holidays of course) , but seeing how we are in North Pole Alaska, items ​may take 3-5 days longer to arrive at the destination than what eBay's notice quotes. They no longer process mail in Alaska, so an item I mail here takes 1to get from North Pole to Anchorage, then usually 1 day to be flown to a processing center (we've been told by postal employee that it's in Denver Colorado), then 1 day to get sorted. So there's a lag time of 3 days in there that eBay does not take into consideration for Sellers that are in Alaska. So please keep that in mind when buying from us to add those extra travel days to the expected arrival time that eBay sends you. Thank You!

International mail has taken anywhere from 7 days to a month to arrive, (item can be held up in customs or at anywhere along the line) this is just how the postal system works, we mail things out the next day after the item is paid for and hopefully that helps in getting the item to you as fast as the postal system can get it there.
